He founded SCBM Services, a successful business management consultancy specialising in the education sector. Lipi’s ability to think critically and strategically whilst bringing about real operational impact have proven exceptionally successful. He has developed unsurpassed expertise in opening, operating and supporting educational establishments from early years through to further education.
Lipi has a particular passion for Early Years and acts as the Ofsted nominated individual for a range of education settings alongside the Werton Group nurseries.
Jamie is an experienced, expert senior leader with a track record of commercial success and delivering strategic impact within complex public sector and private organisations. With a degree in Economics, a Masters in Education and an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, his areas of operational expertise include leadership, strategy, people (HR) , finance, IT, compliance, Health and Safety and development. Jamie has many years of experience in education both as a leading educator and chief operating officer of one the countries largest and most successful state schools.
Jamie provides strategic, governance and operational support to VA schools, Multi Academy Trusts, Federations and Private Schools and has a particular expertise in SEN/SEMH provision and opening settings within the private sector. Jamie is a people expert and leads relationships with communal stakeholders.
